When this Winter Park home came on the market it took just a few days to generate multiple offers. After a short time pending the buyers sale of their existing property fell apart. Luckily this house was so attractive that a backup buyer was found quickly and the property could be sold subsequently. This house had a challenge with its relatively small sunken living room. But a  shelf as a divider created the visual separation from the hallway. The sofa was pushed up against the edge of the drop and provided a nice clean definition of the traffic pattern in the living area. Designer Helene Bonello-Strauss envisioned a starter home for a couple or a small family that wanted to take advantage of the great location and the reasonable budget.
