This vacation home was completely renovated and furnished. The design concept is a mix of modern and updated traditional. One of the biggest changes was the flooring in the main spaces. We used a laminate type flooring that was affordable but at the same type offered the rich textured look of handscraped hardwood floors. The color scheme is dominated by neutrals. The focus was to create a strong contrast beween soft white and black to offer a visual impact that reads good on photographs and video. This was designed to help with the advertising of the property.
