Staging should be at best not detectable. We try to achieve the impression that the room is not decorated for a quick sale but a true representation of a luxurious lifestyle. Buyers should identify themselves with the space and be able to envision how they would fit in the house. When they point to the furniture and say "I like that" is a sale often immanent. Needless to say that the furnishings which influenced the buying decision are seldom part of the transaction. They are a mere catalyst to help buyers to envision their new lifestyle, regardless if this becomes a reality or if it remains an idealistic dream.
