The market is a strong sellers market with less inventory than demand. Having the house staged worked great for the seller. The house was listed at $ 255k and ended up selling to the highest bidder at 270k after a multiple offer round. The seller is quite happy with the result and can take the fruit of the stagers labor to the bank – literally. Having the house sell for more in less time is a good thing. We agree. Only drawback was we had to hurry moving out the staging. But that is part of the process.
