New Staging Job in Winter Garden
This staging job in Winter Garden shows the potential of a very nice newer home with formal living and dining are in the pictures above. The large space was structured with light and bright furniture in a color scheme dominated by yellow tones. The window treatment was existing so the Designer Helene Bonello-Strauss used them as color reference for the rest of the room. The intent was to bring in light colors to create some contrast to the darker tones in the wall color. Contrast reads better in pictures so the design was kept in similar tones for the room with a lot of whites and neutrals and some darker tones in the wood of the dining set. The yellow parson chairs grab the colors from the window treatments while connecting with the living area furniture. Below is the huge master suite with a blue wall as a backdrop. The combination of the darker wicker in the headboard works well with the blue wall. The bedding shows different blues and grey with a sparkle of silver. New redesign house in West Volusia County
The redesign of an existing property went along with a gut remodel of a 60’s block home in West Volusia county. This Deltona home is proof that a house does not have to cost a million dollar to look stylish. The larger open kitchen connects nicely to the living area. Once the living space of a little over 1500 sq ft was opened up it show its true potential. This is how you can go big on a smaller scale. Unified flooring flows seamless and connects kitchen dining and living area. The colors and the use of wood create warmth and keep it modern and fresh. This property went on the market for $ 155k and received raving reviews from the first visitors.
Altamonte Springs staging job sells house despite missing garage
This property was not an easy sale. This 4 bedroom pool home had a beautiful converted garage. The room gained was a nice bonus room but posed a big problem. The garage was missing, and most buyers who looked at the house wanted a garage. The owner was willing to convert the garage back with a good offer. But that did not satisfy most buyers since they already fell in love with the bonus room and did not want to give up the extra space. The house went under contract but financing fell through with the first buyer. The staging helped to overcome the issues. After a total of 44 days on the market the property went under contract with a purchaser that was able to close. The property had undergone a cosmetic renovation to cure some condition issues. The kitchen was fixed up with the existing cabinets and granite counters. The low hanging soffit was removed to create a more open kitchen and some additional pantry cabinets were added to allow for more storage. The hallway closet was removed to open the entry way and convert some dead space to usable living area. Then the dirty family room carpet was exchanged to tile floors. Paint, repairs and a few bathroom counters did the rest in the fix up process. The staging followed a more family oriented comfortable style. The dining room wall received a dark grey back wall with mirror accents for added interest. Check out the video that shows the staging very well.
Staging of a 4 bedroom renovation flip – sold in a weekend
This newer home was despite its young age in severe cosmetic neglect. Two bathrooms and the kitchen were gut remodeled to give the house a new life. The staging brought the whole transformation together. The texture and patterns in the family room united the whole look into one unified design. The neutral pallet is composed of light grays and accented with a chevron pattern in the breakfast nook. The curtains with its irregular stripes create strong visuals and repeat its colors in the rug in the family room. The kitchen design with its dark walnut cabinetry boasts a beautiful backsplash that showcase glass mosaic tile with stainless steel accents. Here the pallet of greys is repeated so that the whole room functions as a coherent unit while preserving plenty of its visual interest. The darker accent wall to the back centers the view while the neutral almond paste color on the other walls make the room light and airy. One way to create a focal point is the use of an accent color. Here the TV wall seemed the obvious candidate to use a contrasting color to set the light furniture off. This house located in the gated community in Twin Lakes in Deltona drew quite a crowd when opened for showings and sold within the first weekend on the market. The first family viewing the house made an offer and the investor accepted. The superb renovation did half the job. The professional staging by idesigntosell.com completed the vision. Please see the video below for a full impression of the ‘before’ and ‘after’ of this project.
Orlando home stager put this Mt Dora resale on steroids
This Mt Dora home on a nice piece of property was in desperate need of an update. After the long term owners moved out, a small rehab brought new life into the tired house. Paint, carpets, and new countertops gave the house a fresh look. The family room received tile around the fireplace and an inexpensive laminate floor which ties in with the floors in the rest of the living space. Modern lines and a great use of space helped to elevate the country house to a showpiece. It took mere hours to generate multiple offers and a sale. Who wants to claim that things are done slower in the countryside? In this case the progress was made quite speedy. The cosmetic renovation took two handymen about two weeks. The staging took two days.

Winter Park flip home under contract in days – Staging at its best
When this Winter Park home came on the market it took just a few days to generate multiple offers. After a short time pending the buyers sale of their existing property fell apart. Luckily this house was so attractive that a backup buyer was found quickly and the property could be sold subsequently. This house had a challenge with its relatively small sunken living room. But a shelf as a divider created the visual separation from the hallway. The sofa was pushed up against the edge of the drop and provided a nice clean definition of the traffic pattern in the living area. Designer Helene Bonello-Strauss envisioned a starter home for a couple or a small family that wanted to take advantage of the great location and the reasonable budget. This staging of this house provided stylish accommodations that allowed the buyer to envision themselves in the space. Review the property video below.
