This nice new construction spec home was on the market by the builder for nearly 3 month and did not sell. After a 5k price drop and a professional staging it sold in days. Even a perfectly nice new home can benefit greatly from a professional staging job. Because of the size of the house the staging cost were rather on the affordable side.
